This training supports HR and People & Culture professionals in strategically assessing the impact of AI transformation and actively helping to shape change. With a practical 5-step approach, we combine strategic orientation with concrete impulses for everyday work.
The training is aimed at HR and People professionals who want to actively support and shape the transformation brought about by AI. The focus is on strategic, cultural and human questions rather than technical depth.
No technical prerequisites are required to participate. The training is deliberately designed to be practical, interactive and without active tool use. Laptops and digital devices remain closed during the training day, allowing the focus to be on exchange, reflection and shared orientation.
Participants receive a digital handout with the key content, models and impulses from the training. In addition, the handout includes reflection questions and concrete approaches for transferring the content into their own day-to-day work. The material will be provided digitally after the training.
